Obedience Panel Palooza and K9 Olympics
August 3 @ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Come join us….. Two events in one!….. Obedience Panel Palooza and K9 Olympics
The obedience “Panel Palooza” fun day has been scheduled for Saturday August 3 10:00-12:00. If you are interested in participating YOU MUST RSVP to Mary Ann Massie, firstname.lastname@example.org
The event will be held in the indoor riding arena at Silver Lining Farm (110 McGlaughlin Road) in Gettysburg PA. Run throughs with input from the judging ‘panel’ in the morning, cook out mid day, dogs allowed in the pond if it is hot! If you are interested please email me at email@example.com with Panel Palooza in the subject line. Participation will be limited so we do not go over in to the heat of the day. Preference will be given to PVGRC members but non members/non goldens interested should contact me – this is a great opportunity to practice with a little pressure and great feedback.
Our judging panel for “Panel Palooza” will be Pat Kavanagh, Debbie Barrows, and we are recruiting the third judge ! I will be the judge in the ring calling the exercises. The panel will share their insight after your run – everyone ringside can benefit from listening to their reviews.

K9 Olympics will also be held at Silver Lining Farm this year….on the same day! 11:00-3:00. So come on out, get some obedience advice and practice and play games with your dog.
We will have the same favorite games – the oh so tempting Treat Gauntlet, the oh so challenging Bulls-eye Sit, the exacting Marshmallow Toss, the cute as a button Puppy Splash, and the wetter the better Tennis Ball Retrieve. As the grande finale, we have the water retrieve of a lifetime -Save the Baby.
It is the Olympics, so there will be prizes for the Gold, Silver and Bronze winners!
PVGRC will provide burgers and dogs, condiments, beverages and tableware.
What should you bring? A side dish, chair, water bowl for your dog, ex pen/crate(optional)
RSVP to Monica Stephens at email@example.com with how many people will be coming, how many dogs, and ages of dogs.
