1. You can do it all online by continuing with this form. At the completion of the form, you will also be able to pay the entry fee online via PayPal using your preferred payment card.
2. You can enter online using this form but pay your entry fee offline by sending a check by US Mail or an alternative delivery service (UPS, FedEx, etc.). Near the bottom of this form, you will be able to select your preferred method of payment (PayPal or check).
3. You can enter entirely offline by printing out the entry form for either the WC/WCX Test or the Pee Wee Hunter/Veteran Stakes, filling it out, and sending it and a check to the address indicated on the entry form. If you are the owner of the dog, and are a PVGRC member and log in first, some of your information will be filled out automatically. You can change any of the pre-filled information if needed.

A copy of the AKC registration is required to accompany this entry form if the breed of dog is a Golden Retriever AND if the entry is for the WC or WCX. No registration document is needed for other breeds, or for entry in the Pee Wee Hunter or Veteran Stakes. If you do not have a digital copy (.jpg or .pdf formatted file), you can send a hardcopy of the document along with a copy of your registration confirmation email to the test secretary. The document MUST arrive by the closing date of the test.

Payment Instructions: Select your preferred method of payment from the dropdown box below. If you select PayPal, you will be taken to the PayPal website after you click Submit and you can pay with a credit card. If you select Pay by Check, you must mail a check for the entry fee to the Secretary at the address in the premium. You should include a printed copy of the confirmation email that you will receive after clicking on Submit. Your check must arrive by the closing date of the event. Given recent USPS mailing delays, you may want to consider an alternative to USPS, such as UPS or FedEx. Make your check payable to PVGRC. If your PayPal transaction does not complete successfully, or you abandon it without paying, you will still be registered but will need to pay by check. If you abandoned because you changed your mind and do not wish to participate, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to un-register. Do not re-enter your dog(s) a second time.
